In a Gazette Notification dated 13th January, 2021 the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (“FSSAI”) has notified the Food Safety and Standards (Prohibition and Restriction on Sales) First Amendment Regulations, 2021 (“Amendment”) which further amends the Food Safety and Standards (Prohibition and Restriction on Sales) Regulations, 2011.
The Amendment has gained immediate effect.
