The Government of Meghalaya vide order dated 1st June 2020 lifts restrictions on certain business activities in the state. The following activities are allowed in the state from 1st June 2020: –
- All shops including barber shops / beauty parlours / salons.
- Courier services for all goods.
- E-commerce operations in all goods.
- 50% private and public transport to operate on rotation basis. It will be further decided by the authorities.
- All public transport shall utilize 50% seating capacity.
- Inter-district movement allowed. Intra-state movement restricted.
