This is a quick update to let you know that by an Order dated 25th September, 2019, the Himachal Pradesh State Revenue Department has reduced the Stamp Duty from existing rate of 6% to 3%, on the instrument of conveyance deed in favour of Himachali youths of the age between 18 and 45 years, purchasing private land under the Mukhya Mantri Swavlamban Yojna, 2019, effective 25th September, 2019 i.e. from the date of publication of the order in the Official Gazette.
