Job Description —

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Telesales Manager to join our Sales team. We are looking for candidates with 4-5 years’ experience in B2B sales with excellent communications skills and interest in legal-based, B2B SaaS products. Working knowledge of compliance and legal processes is preferable.


Key Duties & Responsibilities-

  • Sell the Lexplosion value proposition clearly & effectively to potential new clients.
  • Prospecting the companies & correct contact as per the criteria.
  • Identify and contact leads within companies by way of cold-calling and email correspondence with the main goal to book meetings for sales team.
  • Setting up Phone & Virtual Meetings with the clients.
  • Analyse various database and compile list of contacts/leads to reach out to.
  • Maintain database of contacts and MIS of calls/emails.
  • Candidate would have set targets and strategies by their team supervisor.
  • Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
  • Direct prospects and leads to the sales team.
  • Keep an updated customer database.
  • Track and document calls and sales
  • Update client records.
  • Assisting sales team in preparing pitch decks.
  • Domain training to be provided.



  • Graduate with 4-5 years of tele-sales experience.
