The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has, on its website, under the News and Important Updates Column, stated that the last date for submission of suggestions/comments with respect to Notice dated 19th June 2020 , inviting comments/suggestion on Decriminalization of Compoundable offences under Limited Liability Partnership(LLP) Act, 2008 has been extended up to 19th July, 2020.
Accordingly, Stakeholders have been advised to submit their suggestions/comments by 19th July, 2020.
