Ministry of Corporate Affairs rolls out e-version of Form INC-22A (Active Company Tagging Identities and Verification)

This is a quick update to let you know that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) has released the e-version of the Form INC-22A (ACTIVE) under Rule 25A of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014. We have covered the details of this in an earlier post.

Further, the MCA has notified the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Amendment Rules, 2019, and the Companies (Incorporation) Amendment Rules, 2019 effective since  25th February, 2019.

    is INC-22A (ACTIVE filed every year on or before 25th April or its one time filing?

      Yes, it is one time activity.
