This is a quick update to let you all know that the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, has notified the New Drugs and Clinical Trials Rules, 2019 (“Rules”). The Rules are effective since 19th March, 2019 except for the provisions in chapter IV on Ethics Committee for Biomedical and Health Research, which will come into force on 15th September, 2019.
