Earlier we had informed you that the Telangana Women Development and Child Welfare Department has instructed companies / organizations in the State to register their respective Internal Committee/s (IC) under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 in the T-She Box portal on or before 15th July, 2019 failure to do which will make them liable to pay fine @ Rs. 50,000/-.
In the quest to locate the official Notification in this regard, we connected with the Department over telephone at 040-23733848 who confirmed that the following Notification in-built in the State website itself is the Official Notification. (screen shot given below)
The Department also confirmed that there will be no further Notification or Gazette version in this regard.
Therefore, to avoid paying a fine of Rs. 50,000/- register details of your Internal Committee in the Telangana T-She Box website i.e. http://tshebox.tgwdcw.in/ on or before15th July, 2019.
