The Government of Uttar Pradesh- Commercial Tax Department has issued Notification No.1025 to direct the transporters to obtain a R.F.I.D. Tag and get the said R.F.I.D. Tag embedded on wind screen of the conveyance and get it mapped to the E-way bill system. before transporting goods for which information are required to be specified in FORM GST EWB-01 within the territory of Uttar Pradesh.
This Notification shall come into force with effect from 1st day of November, 2018.
