Kerala State Pollution Control Board notifies that DG Sets attached to retail shops/other establishments having less than 2000m2 is considered in the green category

The Kerala State Pollution Control Board has notified that DG Sets attached to retail shops/other establishments having less than 2000m2 is considered in the green category. Range price for any category DG Set should be calculated using the formula mentioned in the Circular.

Due to the fact that it is a waste disposal operation and can be done in-house, the consent can be given for one year only as per the standard criteria. It is sufficient to charge 10% of the annual consent fee.
