Exciting times at the ICSI 3rd International Conference in Singapore! The session on “Unleashing the Power of AI in Compliance” was a hit! Hosted by James (Kayliang) Ong from AII and having speakers like Ajay Surana, Co-Founder of Fundbox, Pranav Rai, Legal Counsel at Hitachi Energy Singapore, and our CEO, Indranil Choudhury, the session explored the transformative potential of AI in compliance management.
The speakers delved into how AI can revolutionize compliance management while ensuring AI itself remains compliant. The audience posed some thought-provoking questions, making it a truly insightful session!

We had an amazing time at the ETLegal Leadership Conclave, where we had the opportunity to share our expertise on compliance management through our session on “What they don’t tell you about setting up a compliance management tool: The initial customer experience”. We were thrilled to have the esteemed guests Aparna Chablani (DP World), Rashmi Chendvankar (CitiusTech), and Sanjeev Shrivastav (Novartis India) join us and share their knowledge & experiences.

Setting up a compliance management tool can be a daunting task. Therefore, we discussed the importance of change management & having a cooperative compliance partner and shared insights from our clients on how they overcame those challenges.

Lexplosion@10 – Conversations, Cheese & Cheers was an all-day event hosted by Lexplosion in Mumbai, to mark its 10th year in the legal tech business. From starting off with excel sheets to assembling a range of legal software solutions, Lexplosion journey has been an insightful one.

The even features panel discussion on hot topics ranging from the new Data Protection Bill to Identifying Risks in Regulatory Compliance to the Use of legal-tech by in-house lawyers. Pramod Rao (General Counsel of ICICI Group) kicked off the keynote and set the tone for the day.

Attended by over 45 legal professionals from across companies and ranks in Mumbai, the quality of discussions ensured everyone took back insights. The cheese and cheers concluded the evening by lightning the mood and ended the day on a great note.

On 7th September, 2018, Lexplosion Solutions hosted its 1st client engagement forum – Lexplosion@10, Conversations, Cheese & Cheers – at Taj Lands End in Mumbai. Seeking to make this a travelling event to enable closer engagement with its clients across the country, the half-day event was filled with keynote speeches, insightful panel discussions with industry stalwarts and powerful networking and exchange of ideas sessions. With over 50 attendees representing over 30 of the top countries, the event was successful in engaging the clients, getting a voice from the industry and laying the foundation for many more such.

We love taking participation in various social events, demonstrating our commitment to giving back to society. Events like these helps us to contribute to society and engage our employees by taking community involvement and a sense of pride in our company. Not just juniors, but seniors from all departments take active participation in these events.
