CAQM revokes actions under Stage III of Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) in Delhi-NCR with immediate effect

Commission for Air Quality Management (“CAQM”) in Delhi-NCR and adjoining areas has revoked its earlier order pertaining to invocation of actions under Stage-III (Severe Air quality) of Graded Response Action Plan (“GRAP”) with immediate effect.

Key Highlights:

1. Actions under Stage-I & II shall, however, remain invoked and be implemented as per the modified GRAP dated 21^st November 2025 to prevent further deterioration of air quality.
2. Construction & Demolition project sites etc. which have been issued specific closure orders on account of violations/ non-compliances of various statutory directions, rules, guidelines etc. must not resume their operations without any specific order from CAQM.
