The Odisha Government has issued the Odisha State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employment (Repeal) Ordinance, 2026 (“Ordinance”) to repeal the Odisha State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 2000 (“Principal Act”). The Ordinance is effective retrospectively from 1st April 2026. The Ordinance is attached herewith for your reference. Source: Government of Odisha
