AWS Cloud Administrator

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Administrator with background in Linux to manage and optimize our web application infrastructure on AWS. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in cloud infrastructure management, DevOps, and Automation. He/she will be responsible for ensuring the application’s performance, reliability, scalability, security and cost-efficiency.

Key Skills

• In-depth knowledge of various services of AWS platform including EC2, ECS, IAM, SES, S3 bucket, EBS etc.
• Web hosting technologies like NGINX, Apache Tomcat, Load Balancer, WAF, CloudWatch, Prometheus and Grafana.
• Must have experience with Docker, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines and Python scripting for build, deployment and automation.
• Should be able to set up an AWS VPC from scratch including design and implementation of all tools.
• Good to have knowledge of Kubernetes and Argo CD along with MySQL administration and implementation.
• Should be able to work independently as well as work with a team of engineers as may be required
• Should have done troubleshooting, RCAs and project planning as part of the job.

Qualifications

• Should have an B.Sc., M.Sc., MCA or B.Tech. degree from a reputed institute with atleast 5 years of experience in similar role.
• Should have Certification on AWS.
• Knowledge of ITIL and ISO 27001 would be added advantage.
