Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to support our marketing initiatives across campaigns, content creation, events, digital outreach, and lead generation for our suite of legal and compliance technology solutions. The role requires strong coordination, execution capability, and an understanding of B2B marketing dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across email, social media and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product-focused content, case studies, newsletters, and sector-specific materials.
• Support lead-generation activities including database enrichment, outreach campaigns, and follow-ups.
• Manage social media posting schedules, performance tracking, and engagement.
• Coordinate marketing collaterals for events, conferences, and webinars.
• Work with design teams or agencies to develop creatives, presentations, and brochures.
• Assist in maintaining marketing dashboards, tracking KPIs, and preparing monthly reports.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and campaign analysis.
• Support website updates and content readiness with the internal team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing (B2B preferred).
• Strong communication skills—written and verbal.
• Experience in generating leads to build sales funnel through carious campaigns (email, blogs, content, etc.).
• Proficiency with tools like MS Office, CRM/Email platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.), and social media platforms.
• Ability to multitask, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and deliver on timelines.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
• Exposure to SEO functions

Good to Have

• Experience in SaaS or enterprise marketing.
• Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, etc.).
• Knowledge of various AI solutions for marketing (Adobe, Gamma, Writersonic, etc.)
• Experience supporting product marketing teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
• 0 – 2 year of relevant experience
