What You’ll Do

• Interact with clients to understand business requirements, challenges and expectations
• Gather, analyse and document requirements clearly
• Translate client requirements into actionable inputs for internal and technology teams
• Coordinate between clients, product, technology and operations teams
• Track project activities, deliverables and timelines
• Prepare reports, process documents, presentations and requirement documents
• Review data and reports for accuracy, completeness and inconsistencies
• Support client onboarding, product demonstrations and user training
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements
• Follow up with stakeholders and ensure tasks are driven to closure

Must-Have Skills

• Strong verbal and written English communication
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills
• Ability to understand business processes and convert them into clear requirements
• Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Attention to detail with a structured approach to work
• Confidence in interacting with corporate clients

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Business Analysis, Operations, SaaS or client-facing roles
• Understanding of requirement gathering and process mapping
• Experience preparing MIS reports, trackers or management presentations
• Exposure to client onboarding or software training
• Basic understanding of technology and SaaS products
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and business processes

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.

Fresh graduates with strong analytical, communication and presentation skills are also encouraged to apply.
