We are recruiting for a Client Support Executive in the Operations team (Legal support). The Client Support Executive will be responsible for the part of the team that directly manages the operations activities and client facing projects/activities.
Key Skills
- Fluency in English – Speak, Read & Write
- Ready to relocate to Client’s place
- Excellent in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Skills – Good to Have:
- Keeping track of various tracker and sending daily and weekly reminders
- Preparing and reconciliation of various reports
- Auditing the accuracy and completeness of these reports
- Helping different teams with administrative activities
- Interacting with corporate clients
- Training client users on various tools
- Preparing PPTs for clients
