NPPA extends date for filing quarterly returns for quarter ended September, 2022 and MRP revisions of scheduled and non-scheduled drugs and medical devices till 31st December, 2022

On receiving representations from industry associates National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority has extended the last date for filing certain statutory forms under Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013. Now Quarterly Return under Form III for production, import and sale of NLEM* Drugs can be submitted by 31.12.2022 for the quarter ended September, 2022. Additionally, the current order allows time till 31.12.2022 for intimating any MRP revision between 1.08.2022 and 15.12.2022 of scheduled and non-scheduled drugs and medical devices under Forms V and VI respectively.
