MCA clarifies that all new directors are required to register as business users and associate DSC in MCA V3 portal before filing forms in V3

Recently, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) has clarified that all new Directors are required to register as Business Users and Associate DSC in MCA V3 portal before filing forms in MCA V3 portal. Stakeholders are advised to check their already filed/initiated Spice+ applications of MCA V2 portal in the Historic tab of MCA V3 portal “Application History”.
