CPCB directs registered Producers, Importer and Brand Owners (“PIBOs”) to update Procurement and Sales transaction details on the EPR Portal by 8th March, 2023
the Central Pollution Control Board has directed all the registered Producers, Importers and Brand Owners (“PIBOs”) to update the procurement and sales transaction details related to plastic packaging and the GST E-invoice in the prescribed manner on the Centralized Extended Producer Responsibility (“EPR”) Portal by 8th March, 2023.
Note: Action, as deemed fit under the provisions of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, including levying of Environmental Compensation and closure of operations will be taken against defaulters.
