FSSAI extends last date for e-filing of annual return by manufacturers (including repackers, relabellers, exporters and importers) till 30th June, 2023

In continuation to what we had reported earlier ( please refer to the mail below), Food Safety Standards Authority of India (“FSSAI”) has extended the last date for filing of the Annual Return by manufacturers including repackers, relabellers, exporters and importers for FY 2022-23 till 30^th June, 2023.

Only online Annual Returns submitted through FoSCoS portal ( www.foscos.fssai.gov.in)  will be accepted.
