MCA further extends timeline for filing Form PAS-7 till 5th August, 2024
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) has further extended the timeline for filing Form PAS-7 by Public Companies to inform the Registrar about the details of issued share warrants which have not been converted into shares. The timeline has been extended from 27.01.2024 to 05.08.2024, without payment of any additional fees.
