MCA amends the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014 substituting form GNL-1, effective from 14th July, 2025

MCA have issued a notification amending the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014. The amendment substitutes Form GNL-1 which is used for filing an application to the Registrar of Companies for various reasons including compounding offenses, extending the AGM up to three months, schemes of arrangement, amalgamation, and other legally mandated reasons. The substituted Form GNL-1 is attached herewith for your ease of reference.
