Department of Pharmaceuticals extends deadline for filing self-declaration and marketing expenditure disclosure under UCPMP 2024 for FY 2024–25

The Department of Pharmaceuticals has issued a circular extending the timeline for submission of self-declaration and marketing expenditure disclosure under the Uniform Code for Pharmaceutical Marketing Practices, 2024 (“UCPMP”) for the financial year 2024-25.

The last date for submission of the following has been extended from 31st July 2025 to 31st August 2025:

1. Self-declaration by the executive head of the company confirming compliance with UCPMP.

2. Disclosure of marketing expenditure in the prescribed format (Annexure I of the Circular).
