MCA notifies revised e-Form No. IEPF-5 under Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016; effective since 06.10.25
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) has notified the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Amendment Rules, 2025. Existing e-form No. IEPF-5 stands substituted with new e-form. The updated e-form is in effect since October 6, 2025.
