Ministry of Commerce and Industry notifies Boiler Attendants’ Rules, 2025 with immediate effect; supersedes Boiler Attendants’ Rules, 2011

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has issued the Boiler Attendants’ Rules, 2025 (“Rules”) with immediate effect, thereby superseding the earlier Boiler Attendants’ Rules, 2011. The Rules mandate furnishing the particulars of the boiler attendant to the Chief Inspector or Director of Boilers within 7 days from the date of engagement.
