MCA extends filing of Financial Statements & Annual Return for F.Y. 24-25 to Jan 31, 2026
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has further extended the timeline for filing Financial Statements and Annual Return for the financial year 2024-25 up to January 31, 2026.
Accordingly, Companies may submit the following annual filings for the F.Y. 2024-25, without payment of additional fees up to January 31, 2026.
