CAQM revokes actions under Stages III and IV of revised GRAP in Delhi-NCR region with immediate effect; actions under Stages I and II to continue

In continuation to what we reported earlier (please refer to e-mails in trail), the Commission for Air Quality Management (“CAQM”) in Delhi-NCR and adjoining areas has revoked Stage III and IV of the Graded Response Action Plan (“GRAP”) and directed for continuation of actions under Stage I and Stage III with immediate effect. This is in view of the improvement of air quality in the region.

However, implementing agencies have been directed to keep a strict vigil and intensify measures under Stage I and II of GRAP and Construction & Demolition project sites and industrial units which have been issued specific closure orders have been specifically prohibited to resume their operations without any specific order to this effect from the Commission.

A Copy of the Order is linked below for your ease of reference.
