Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region revokes its order for invoking ban under Stage III GRAP with immediate effect

Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region ( “Commission”) has decided to revoke its order dated 4th December, 2022 for invoking actions under Stage-III of the Graded Response Action Plan (“GRAP”)

Actions under Stages-I and Stage-ll of the GRAP however will remain invoked and be implemented in the entire National Capital Region ( “NCR”). Construction and Demolition Project sites and industrial units which have been issued specific closure orders on account of violations/ non-compliances of various statutory operations directions without rules, guidelines etc. under no circumstances will resume their any specific order to this effect from the commission.
