Delhi Govt. mandates wearing of masks at all public places; penalizes for non-compliance

In view of the increasing Covid-19 cases across the State, Delhi Disaster Management Authority has mandated the wearing of face mask /cover in all public places. Violators of this will be fined with a penalty of Rs 500 /- .

However, this fine will not be applicable to persons travelling together in private four-wheeler vehicles.
