Delhi PCC imposes a complete ban on manufacturing, storing, selling (including delivery through online marketing platforms) and bursting of all kinds of firecrackers up to 1.01.2023 in the territory of NCT of Delhi
The Delhi Pollution Control Committee ( “DPCC”) imposes a complete ban on all kinds of firecrackers on manufacturing, storage, selling (including delivery through online marketing platforms) and bursting up to 1st January 2023, in the territory of NCT of Delhi to curb high air pollution in the State.
In 2020, National Green Tribunal ( “NGT”) had directed a total ban on sale and using of all kinds of firecrackers during Covid-19 pandemic in Delhi and NCR region where the ambient air quality falls poor and above category.
