FSSAI extends timeline for mandatory compliance with the FSS (Vegan Foods) Regulations 2022 till 23.01.2023
The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India has extended the timeline for mandatory compliance with the FSS (Vegan Foods) Regulations, 2022 by 6 months from the date of uploading of the Guidelines for submission of application for endorsement of vegan logo and formats, i.e., till 26th January, 2023.
The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India has issued guidelines for submission of application for endorsement of vegan logo and formats in accordance with the provisions of the FSS (Vegan Foods) Regulations, 2022.
The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India vide Gazette Notification dated 10th June, 2022 has notified the Food Safety and Standards (Vegan Foods) Regulations, 2022 which has gained effect immediately.
