FSSAI keeps enforcement of quality parameters ‘Alcoholic acidity’ and ‘Total dietary fibre’ in Bajra Flour, Jowar Flour, Multigrain Flour suspended till 31.12.2022; revises moisture content in Mixed millet Flour

The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India has decided to keep enforcement of compliance with quality parameters ‘Alcoholic acidity’ and ‘Total dietary fibre’ in Bajra Flour, Jowar Flour, Multigrain Flour suspended till 31st December, 2022.

Further, the maximum limit of moisture in Mixed millet flour has been revised from 11% to 13% and has come into force with immediate effect.
