The Government of NCT of Delhi has directed all private organizations to register their organizational details on the SHe-Box portal (https://shebox.wcd.gov.in) to enable seamless complaint filing and resolution and to maintain a repository for data.
Background: With a view to strengthening the redressal mechanism, the Government of India introduced the Sexual Harassment Electronic Box (SHe-Box) in the year 2024—an online platform offering single-window access for women to file complaints related to sexual harassment at the workplace. Upon submission, the complaint is forwarded directly to the appropriate authority for prompt action.
