Government of Tripura mandates online submission of annual returns under all Labour Laws from 1st September, 2022 through SWAAGAT Portal
Government of Tripura has directed all establishments in the State to submit annual returns under all Labour Laws through the Swaagat Portal (https://swaagat.tripura.gov.in) and intimated that from 1st September, 2022, offline annual returns may not be accepted.
Further, the State Government has notified that single integrated return under all Labour Laws will be accepted through the Swaagat Portal.
Background :
The State Government launched the Single Window Approval by All Government Agencies in Tripura (SWAAGAT) to issue all registrations, certificates, for Central Inspection System and to combine annual returns under all Labour Law.
