IRDAI launches Single Window NOC portal for insurers

The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India ( “IRDAI”) has launched a Single Window NOC Portal (www.noc.irdai.gov.in) with the intention to increase insurance penetration, availability of insurance in every nook and corner of country and also facilitating ease of doing business in the Indian Insurance market.

Interested entities can obtain NOC from IRDAl “Single Window NOC Portal” in a hassle free and time bound manner. A list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) related to the registration of insurers is also placed on the portal ( https://www.irdai.gov.in/Defaulthome.aspx?page=H1)
