Last date for e-filing of annual return by manufacturers (including repackers, relabellers, exporters and importers) is 31st May, 2023: FSSAI
The Food Safety Standards Authority of India (“FSSAI”) has issued an announcement re-iterating that the last date for e-filing Annual Return is 31st May 2023 for Manufacturers [including Repackers, Relabellers and Exporters] and Importers. Separate return needs to be filed for every manufacturing/ import licensee. Renewal of license is not permitted without filing annual return.
Only online Annual returns filed through the FoSCoS portal will be accepted.
