Last date for online submission of contributions under Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund for all establishments extended till 31st July, 2022

The Maharashtra Labour Welfare Board has published a Notice on its home page (https://public.mlwb.in/public) to provide relaxation to all establishments with regard to online payment of the Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund Contribution for the period ending 30^th June, 2022 and has extended the last date of accepting online payment till 31^st July, 2022.

Background: As per the provisions of the Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund Act and Rules, contributions for the Half-year ending 30^th June was required to be paid within 15^th July.
