MCA amends the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 effective from 23rd January, 2023
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has amended Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014 which will be effective from 23rd January 2023. A new format has been prescribed for Form No. MGT.3.
The following is the form that is substituted :
| Form No. MGT.3 | Notice of situation or change of situation or discontinuation of situation, of place where foreign register shall be kept. |
