MCA further extends the time for filing 45 company e-Forms, PAS-03 and SPICE+PartA in MCA 21 Version 3.0 till 31.03.2023

In continuation to what we reported earlier in the e-mail in trail, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) has further extended the timeline for filing of 45 company e-forms, PAS-03 and SPICE+Part A in MCA 21 Version-3. An additional time till 31st March, 2023 has been provided for the filing of these forms which are due between 7th February, 2023 and 28th February, 2023 without the levying of any additional fees.

Also, Form PAS-03 which was closed for filing in MCA-21 Version-2 on 20th January, 2023 and launched in MCA-21 Version-3 on 23rd January,2023 and whose due dates for filing fall between 20th January, 2023 and 28th February, 2023, can also be filed without payment of additional fees till 31st March, 2023.

Further, an extension of 20 days has been provided for reservation period for the names that are reserved as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the re-submission period under the provisions of Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 which fall between 23rd January, 2023 and 28th February, 2023 are extended for an additional period of 15 days.
