MCA issues a Presentation on Lot-3 Forms describing the details and enhancements made

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued a Presentation on Lot -3 forms which are coming into effect from July 14, 2025. The presentation includes all the 38 form numbers, its description and the enhancements made.

These enhancements include:

• Introduction to web-based forms, thereby reducing manual efforts.
• Linkage of forms basis the purpose of filing and options selected.
• Auto Pre-filling of common fields across forms, ensuring data consistency and effort reduction.
• Form fields optimization by removal of duplicate/redundant fields.
• Minimization of attachments by introducing of fields/ declaration in the form of digital attachments.
• Addition of Field level validations, thereby minimizing errors at the time of filling.
• Maximum size of individual attachments increased to 2 MB & overall form size increased to 10 MB except for few forms
