NSE requires members to identify their KMP (Key Management Personnel) and update their PAN details on the exchange platform by 30.09.2022
The National Stock Exchange of India has intimated all listed entities who are its members to identify Key Management Personnel (“KMP”) and update their PAN details on the Exchange platform.
To identify KMP, members have been directed to the definition under the Companies Act and this includes
(i) the Chief Executive Officer or the Managing Director or the Manager;
(ii) the Company Secretary;
(iii) the Whole-time Director;
(iv) the Chief Financial Officer; and
(v) such other officer as may be prescribed
Details of PAN, mobile no., phone no. and email id are required to be updated against the name of the personnel identified as KMP in digital portal (https://digitalexchange.nseindia.com) by 30th September, 2022. The details of the process are attached.
Failure to submit/upload the details will attract late submission charges of Rs. 10,000/- per KMP.
