The Government of Rajasthan has directed all private institutions employing 10 or more employees to register their organization on the SHe-Box portal (https://shebox.wcd.gov.in) by 1st July, 2025. Also, details of the Internal Committee constituted as per provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (“Act”) must be uploaded on the portal.
In case of non-compliance, penalty as prescribed under the Act will be imposed.
