Background:
It was observed that in cases where industries having different details in BFP CAF Form and OCMMS profile/applications, issues were being faced while receiving such applications in OCMMS through the BFP. It was also observed that multiple applications of different industries were being filled through single BFP Portal account which led to unattended applications, missing data, mismatched details etc.
