SEBI notifies fresh amendments to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; effective immediately
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) has notified the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022 (“Amendment”) in order to further amend the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Principal Regulations”).
The Amendment has gained effect immediately i.e. on 24th January, 2022.
