West Bengal Govt. extends the last date of e-filing return of Professional Tax in Form III till 31st May, 2022; submission in paper form to be done by 7th June, 2022

The Directorate of Commercial Taxes, Government of West Bengal has extended the date of filing return in Form-III under the West Bengal State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1979 and Rules for the F.Y. ending 31st March, 2022.

Employers registered under the Act are required to electronically transmit data of the return by 31st May, 2022 and furnish paper form of such return by 7th June, 2022.
