MCA further allows companies to conduct EGMs through Video-Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual means till 31st December, 2022 instead of 30th June, 2022

In continuation to what has been reported by us in the trailing e-mail, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”), in a Circular dated 5^th May, 2022 has decided to further allow companies to conduct their EGMs through Video Conference (“VC”) or Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”) or transact items through postal ballot in accordance with framework provided upto 31^st December, 2022.

Please note, all other requirements remain the same.
