Maharashtra Pollution Control Board directs Common Bio-Medical Waste Treatment Facilities to issue memberships certificates in the prescribed uniform manner to registered member Health Care Establishments
The Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (“PCB”), in a recent circular has directed all Common Bio-Medical Waste Treatment Facilities to issue membership certificates in the prescribed uniform format to each registered Health Care Establishment (“HCE”) at no additional cost.
The membership certificates must have two QR Codes (Online and Offline) and must contain the requisite information. The Common Bio-Medical Waste Treatment Facilities are also required to keep the data in the server updated on a regular basis for online verification of the membership certificates.
