MCA amends the Companies (Share Capital and Debentures) Rules, 2014 , effective from 23rd January, 2023
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has amended Companies (Share Capital and Debentures) Rules, 2014 which will be effective from 23rd January 2023. The Rules have issued new formats for Form No. SH-7 , Form No. SH-8 and Form No. SH-9.
In addition to the above, a declaration with the return must be filed with the Registrar in Form No. SH- 11 signed by the two directors of the company including the managing director, if any, certifying the buy back of securities has been made in compliance.
The following are the forms that are substituted :

| Form No. SH-8 | Letter of Offer |
| Form No. SH-9 | Declaration of Solvency |
