NSE and BSE prescribes additional information that must be provided while submitting Annual Secretarial Compliance Report

The National Stock Exchange of India Limited and Bombay Stock Exchange has prescribed additional affirmations (please refer to the attached document) that must be provided while submitting Annual Secretarial Compliance Report (“ASCR”). These will be effective from the financial year ended March 31, 2023 onwards.
